Shipping Policy
SHIPPING
Orders are packed and shipped Monday through Friday. If you order an item on Friday night, it will not ship until the following Monday morning.
If you have an order you'd like shipped as a gift, and need a specific date - please let us know beforehand. Sales tax will apply in the state of Virginia.
Tracking will be provided after payment has been received and your order is process.
LOCAL PICKUP: If you would like to pick your item up and avoid shipping costs, please choose the local pickup option at checkout.
Your item must be picked up within ONE WEEK unless prior arrangements are made.
If you fail to pick up your items, you will be refunded 50% and your order will be canceled.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
We do not offer returns or refunds. Our items are packaged with great care to insure safe delivery. We are not liable for items damaged by postal service.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
Your package will be insured by USPS if damages occur file your claim with USPS first.
Most of these pieces are one of a kind items that may not be easily replaced that is the biggest reason for the insurance .
